Trek Thursday Evening Shop Ride and a quicker commute home............ • 35 mile workout
Normal commute to work on this warm sunny morning. --- Trek Thursday Evening Shop Ride at 6 p.m. tonight! --- • 10 mile commute
Night commute home through Upper Arlington, North along the Olentangy Trail & West on 161 to home. Other than the bugs in the face good ride • 18 mile commute

X: 23-28mph+ All-out, competitive style riding.
A: 19-23mph Fast pace with limited regrouping.
B: 16-19mph Less competitive. Brisk recreational ride.
C: 13-16mph Recreational. Consistent, but social pace.
D: 10-13mph Social pace. May include meal stop or sightseeing.
